This paper is a close up study of the influences of Surrealism as an art movement on the design practices of window display. The main objective of this paper is to describe and analyze the effects of surrealism approach on windows display design as a creative design strategy, and to analyze its characteristics such as creativity and originality. The importance of this paper is to explore what is the Surrealist approach in windows display designs, and to explore the key influences and motives that were the foundation for Surrealist thought in display.
