1. Receiving Your AIU Passport

Upon arrival at AIU, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist who will provide you with an AIU passport. This passport will guide you through the entire application process, ensuring you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.

2. Orientation at the Auditorium

Next, you'll be escorted to the auditorium by one of our student ambassadors. Here, you will attend an orientation session that will give you an overview of AIU and the application steps. This is a great opportunity to ask any initial questions you might have.

3. Document Verification at the Admissions Office

After the orientation, you will proceed to the Admissions Office. Here, one of our admissions officers will assist you in verifying your documents. Ensure you have the following:

• Photocopy of Student Civil ID and Passport
• Photocopy of Parents Civil ID
• One passport-size photograph
• High School Transcript
• High School Certificate of Good Conduct
• Private Schools – School Sequence Document
• Kuwait Equivalency document for private schools

4. Application Check-in

Our Station Leader will assist you at the check-in station. Present your AIU folder containing all necessary documents for verification. This step is crucial to ensure that your application is complete and accurate.

5. Fee Payment 

The next stop is the Cashier, where you will pay the application fees. The costs are as follows:

• 20 KD Application Fee
• 10 KD Testing Fee (English and Mathematics)
• 10 KD PUC Application Fee

You can make payments in person or online via the provided QR code.

6. Email Verification and Application Center

After payment, you'll be led to the application center. Ensure you have access to your email as this is essential for your PUC registration. 

7. Completing Your Application in the Admissions Lab

In the admissions lab, you'll complete your application with the help of an Admissions Officer and receive your Student ID. This step marks your official entry into the AIU community.

8. Medical Check at the Clinic

A general medical check is required. You'll visit our clinic, fill out the necessary medical form, and ensure you meet all health requirements.

9. English and Math Placement Tests

Proceed to the Testing Center to take your English and Math placement tests. These tests help us place you in the appropriate courses based on your proficiency levels.

10. Policy Signing

Finally, you will review and sign all necessary policy documents. This step ensures you understand AIU's rules and regulations.

11. Completing PUC Registration

The last step is completing your PUC registration in the multipurpose room. You'll meet with a registration officer, finalize your application, and select a minimum of six AIU preferences. Upon successful registration, you will receive your AIU acceptance letter, marking the beginning of your academic journey.
