On March 9, 2023, AIU hosted guest speaker Ms. Taibah Alhumaidhi, Ms. Taibah shared insight from her personal experience, as well as advice for all potential entrepreneurs as part of the Distinguished Speaker Series which aims to Inspire students with stories of success and make AIU a platform for engaging and thought-provoking discussions.

Taibah AlHumaidhi is a prominent Kuwaiti businesswoman. In 2016, Taibah co-founded Floward, an online flower and gift delivery platform, where she served as the Head of Product Mix. Through her work in Floward, Taibah was recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements. Taibah has also founded and co-founded several other successful ventures, including Serve Bakery, a gourmet bakery, Ethos, a production company, and Lei Wa Lakom, an empowering platform elevating the stories of remarkable women.
